  1. They don’t want your business if you aren’t willing to pay for the amount of risk you represent. If you disagree with the amount of risk you represent go to some other company. I don’t know people have such a hard time understanding that insurance companies DO NOT WANT everyone’s business, they only want customers that have a relatively low maximum probable loss.

  2. in the uk i found that if I bring on my younger girlfriend with a provisional licence it cuts the monthly premiums by half. so im now paying £157 as apposed to £300 ( $260 USD approx.)

  6. Working for a company means you agree implicitly with their practices and values. What? You don’t agree with that? They are paying you aren’t they? Whilst you are not “responsible” for the company’s actions, working for them and receiving a paycheck means you are an advocate.

  7. this was silly, and not in the good way. i work in a call center for a cell phone provider and this video just makes me sad. i know you were just trying to be funny and prove a point, etc., but you must know that it isn’t Tim’s fault, lol. i feel sorry that he had to take your call! and it is not the Insurance Company’s fault that your rates are high. i understand that it is other peoples’ faults…not yours…but it isn’t theirs either. where do you think the money goes to? it’s necessary..

  8. Its bullshit.. I’m such a careful freaking driver; never go over the speed limit and I’m constantly checking my the mirrors. Yet because I’m 18 and male auto insurance companies charge around $350 per month.

  17. Yes, everyone gets screwed but the white male, we have it best, blah, blah, blah….

Here’s what is funny, I can tell what race mandela is, without taking into account the screen name. Latin Americans don’t cry, Chinese Americans don’t cry, on and on…Only 1 race that I know of gets on these boards and others and bemoans their fate without actually working for real, positive change.

If you aren’t part of the answer, you are part of…Well, a group of whiney do-nothings. Go away.
